While we are not the official developer or publisher of the game, we offer value-added materials such as hero guides, strategy packs, tournament walkthroughs, and optional downloadable content aimed at enhancing your gameplay experience.

If you’ve made a purchase directly through our platform — for example, a premium guide pack, hero tier list download, or access to exclusive member-only challenges — this refund policy applies. Please note that we are not responsible for purchases made inside the official Heroes Legend mobile game via the Google Play Store, App Store, or any other marketplace. Those must be resolved directly with the platform where the transaction occurred.

• You may request a refund for any digital purchase made on our site within 7 calendar days of the original payment date. Refunds will only be considered if the content was not significantly downloaded, unlocked, or used. If a digital file has been accessed in full or distributed, we reserve the right to deny the refund request to ensure fairness to other users.
• All refund requests are reviewed manually by our support team. There are no instant refunds. If our system detects misuse — such as frequent refund requests from the same account — your access to paid content or future purchases may be restricted to protect the integrity of our platform.
• Subscriptions (such as monthly access to challenge breakdowns, exclusive map strategy videos, or limited-time in-game cosmetic calendars) can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Once cancelled, no further charges will occur, and you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. Prorated refunds are not issued unless content delivery was incomplete or technically flawed.
• If a technical issue occurred during your purchase (e.g., the download didn’t complete, the wrong product was unlocked, or a broken link was provided), please report it immediately with details such as your order number, the issue encountered, and a screenshot if possible. These cases will be resolved either with a credit, content replacement, or a full refund based on the situation.
• Abusing the refund process (e.g., requesting refunds after significant use of content, or repeated false claims) will result in a permanent restriction from our paid services. We are committed to a respectful, transparent player environment and expect the same from our visitors.
• To submit a refund request, please use the contact form provided on our website. Include your purchase email, transaction ID, date of payment, and a short explanation of the issue. Our team typically responds within 3–5 business days, and your case will be handled with care and consideration.
