Heroes Legend Access Agreement

Heroes Legend is an epic idle RPG where players build powerful teams, compete in battles, and progress through a vast fantasy world. By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to the terms outlined below, which govern your access to in-game content, hero cosmetics, matchmaking systems, progression paths, and community events. These terms may change over time as the game evolves with new features, seasonal updates, or balance adjustments. It is your responsibility to check this section regularly to stay informed and continue playing under the most current version of our agreement.

• Heroes Legend is free to play and offers optional in-game purchases. While all players have access to core game modes and standard hero skins, premium content — including exclusive hero outfits, effects, animations, and Season Pass tiers — can be purchased to enhance gameplay and customization. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree that items are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable unless required by local consumer protection laws. The developers may change pricing, item availability, or bundle structures at any time to maintain game balance and fair access for all players.
• Although we strive to provide stable and smooth gameplay across all platforms, Heroes Legend is offered as-is. Network interruptions, visual glitches, device performance issues, or unplanned downtime may occasionally affect your gaming experience. Continued use of the game confirms that you understand these potential limitations. The team remains dedicated to frequent updates, bug fixes, and quality improvements, but we are not liable for external disruptions such as app store errors, server outages, or device compatibility issues.
• All elements within Heroes Legend — including heroes, stages, sound effects, music, level designs, UI/UX, brand visuals, and the Heroes Legend name — are protected under copyright and intellectual property law. Players may not copy, sell, or reuse any part of the game’s assets without explicit permission. However, we encourage players to create and share gameplay videos, fan art, or reviews, as long as they respect community guidelines and branding integrity. If you submit bug reports, suggestions, or ideas via official channels, such submissions are considered voluntary and may be used by the development team without obligation to credit or compensate. Cheating, exploitation, or abuse — including the use of unauthorized tools, matchmaking manipulation, or toxic behavior toward other players — is not tolerated. Offenders may face penalties including content restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent bans. Our mission is to keep the Heroes Legend game environment fun, competitive, and fair for everyone involved.
